PRE-SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY STARTED
Will recommence in November
Rugby 7s and Gym offseaon training
Gym session and technique breakdown with SnC coach Teariki Roos
Rugby 7s training starts at 6pm every Tuesdays and Thursdays
This can be for anyone that helps a team that isn’t actually coaching
